MY STORY

Monisha Brown, professionally known as Ms. Moe Money, is a powerhouse in Hip-Hop culture whose journey began at just 19 years old. Born and raised in Harlem, Hip-Hop wasn’t just music—it was family. “During this time, my parents were heavy into hip-hop,” she shares. “My dad, a well-known car broker, also promoted parties for legends like the Notorious B.I.G., and my mom was a stylist for female rap icons like Lil’ Kim and Eve.”

Moe burst onto the scene as the founder of the all-female rap group BBOD (Bad Beauties On Deck), opening stages nationwide for artists like Lil Kim, Rick Ross, Stevie J, Machine Gun Kelly, Moneybagg Yo, Yo Gotti, and Wale. Her star rose even higher when she and group member Sexxy Lexxy joined Season 6 of VH1’s hit reality series “Love & Hip-Hop”, helping it earn the highest ratings in franchise history.

But Moe Money was just getting started.

In 2019, she made her solo debut with her EP B.I.T.E (Bitch I’m Tryna Eat), featuring viral singles like “Stripper’s Anthem” and “Vibes,” both heavily circulated throughout Harlem and New York City. When the 2020 pandemic hit, Moe pivoted—selling luxury vehicles alongside her father by day and creating music by night. From Porsche Taycans to Mercedes G-Wagons, she mastered the art of the car game.

That hustle birthed a new vision: “The Car Queen Show,” now airing on TUBI. This unique series blends Moe’s love of cars, music, and culture into one dope experience. Each episode features Moe interviewing fellow car enthusiasts and celebrities like Treach of Naughty By Nature, DJ Envy, and Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta’s favorite couple, Kirk and Rasheeda Frost. Informative and hilarious, the show captures the essence of Hip-Hop’s influence on car culture and lifestyle.

Moe now owns a fleet of luxury vehicles available for rent on TURO, is gearing up to launch her own tire shine product, and continues to evolve as an entrepreneur, entertainer, and cultural influencer. Inspired by legends like Salt-N-Pepa, Treach, Teyana Taylor, 21 Savage, J. Cole, Lil Kim, and Beyoncé, Moe’s vision extends far beyond music.

From TikToks with her nephew Legend, to pulling up at events in fly whips, Ms. Moe Money is building an empire—one car, one bar, and one big move at a time.
